Mereka implemented a comprehensive 10-week "You & AI: A Microlearning Course" designed to transform the organization’s traditional operations’ to AI-driven excellence. The program delivered via 1-hour weekly sessions on Zoom, covering essential AI tools including ChatGPT Plus/Pro, prompt engineering, Midjourney for visual content, Vibe Coding for workflow automation, and Gemini/NotebookLM for research and analysis. Rather than mandating AI use, the program focused on creating organizational momentum to experiment and providing practical, immediately applicable skills.
