Claudia Cadena is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Thread Advisory. She has 28 years of experience in strategic and operational human capital management, focusing on organisational/culture transformation, talent management and leadership coaching.She has worked for Malaysia Airlines, Sapura Energy, Khazanah Nasional, Sime Darby, and Maxis. Her clients have included HelloGold, MAKNA, Musanada (Abu Dhabi), EMAAR (Dubai) Krungsri (Thailand), and Ericsson.She has also served as caretaker CEO and board member for Malaysia Airlines Academy. Cadena is a lawyer and has a master’s in human capital management from LSE. She is a certified professional coach, an Associate Faculty Member of Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate School of Business, and a member of the advisory board of Accelerate Global.
